"Recently went to Rob Roy of Uxbridge and saw Theresa for cut and color. Theresa listened to what I wanted and she delivered! I had used a box color a few months back when all of the salons were closed, so she had to adjust and overcome the color that was left in my hair as well as work with my natural hair color. She fixed my hair from a previous grow out and hair cut from another salon and my boyfriend's she took her time to understand what way my hair was cut and she fixed it and told me some places have to grow out but she took her time she listened to us and I told her I had a skin problem and she used the shampoo that would work with my condition! "After purchasing a Groupon from my girlfriends birthday to get her hair done blue she was asked for additional money for the service when she arrived. She was told her hair would be blue and by the end of the appointment her hair was many shades including red, orange, green, yellow and everything in between. After speaking with the hair dresser about this issue she told me she would give me a call back later about this if they were not to busy?! Needless to say I did not get a call back for 3 weeks and when I did I spoke with the. They told me it was not possible to get her to blue hair and that she would have to wait a month. My girlfriend got the most beautiful blue hair done the next day from salon down the road. I would not recommend this company at all poor customer service, pressuring my girlfriend on her birthday to pay extra money on top of the Groupon and doing a terrible job on her hair are three reasons I would steer clear!"
