"I took an appointment with Carmen as she asked to take an appointment before coming, yet she failed to respect people’s time and her appointments. My appointment was at 1:30 and I got to the place on time. I was waiting for more than 30 minutes. She told me that she can do hair and beard. She started cutting my hair and she was rushing and finished a messy haircut in exactly 11 mins. I asked her to cut my front hair a little shorter she replied back to me saying, “ I am busy. Let me know how many inches, I do not have time to play”. Then, she started cutting my hair way shorter than I asked her in a matter of 10 seconds. I am left now with a messy haircut with the right side is not even matching the left side at all. By far, this is worst experience I have ever had. Avoid this place at all costs!!"
