"Visited my sister who rented the cabin. Clapboard style cabin with running water and electricity. Small, quiet dedicated section of the beach across from public swimming. Paddle boats are available for your enjoyment. The owners are friendly and check on you after you settle in. They are responsive to issues. They sell firewood by the truck load and drop near firepit. Grills are available. Other campers are friendly and willing to help out and share supplies."
"Beach Pond Cabins are a great place to start a vacation in Connecticut. It's a great place to camp and the Cabins come with nearby boating access / swimming in one of Connecticut's cleanest lake. The fishing is always great and the Pond is also stocked, so bring your pole too if you're camping."
