"Terrible. Wait well over an hour past your appointment time to be seen. Comes into the office late. Such as today arrived at 10:30am when a patient had an appointment at 10am. Takes phone calls for other patients while you're in the exam room with her and tries rushing you out to finish her call. Leaves the exam room and sees another patients when she wasn't finished your exam. Absolutely horrible and would never recommend her or her office."

"Pathetic patient care at this office. The staff and nurses of Dr Rubin are incompetent. My wife waited a month for a return call on her medication refill and if she needed help/advise from a nurse. Even at the office we have to wait at least an hour to see the doctor."
