Reviews
"I have been getting my infusion from Penn for years, since before they opened this new location. The staff is phenomenal, very kind, and the facility is top notch. However, my main issue comes with the terrible communication between appointments. Since I receive a non-oncology (yet life sustaining) infusion, the only way I can reach someone outside of my appt time is by using a voicemailbox. That's right, if I got an oncology infusion I could speak to someone directly, but since I am non-oncology, I have to leave a voicemail. I am never calling this line unless I have no other option, only in serious instances. The voicemail is only checked after 3pm. If I miss their call back because I am working, I have to leave yet another voicemail. Sometimes they call me back within 20min, but often it takes two days. There is no other Penn office that I know of that only has a voicemailbox for ill patients. I am *not* upset at the staff, but rather whoever thought a voicemailbox was a good idea. I would never expect this type of poor infrastructure from a place like Penn, yet here we are. Whether intentionally or not, by sending all non-oncology infusion patients to a voicemailbox, Penn Radnor is sending the message that they are heavily deprioritizing a huge subset of their patient population."
"Penn Hone Infusion Therapy are the best people! Especially Breanna and Sarah. So sweet and kind. Professional and such a pleasure to deal with. Huge part of saving my life and recovery. Thank you all so very much! John McC"
