"DO NOT GET YOUR CAR APPRAISED HERE . my car got rear ended , they make me drive to this place , take time out of work . Only to have the guy come out and not write up the correct amount of Damage done to my car . Cut me a much lower check for the damage then what was done to the car . I pointed out damage from the accident and they refused to pay me for it . Garbage company . They’re appraisal was $573 , actual damage done to the car was $3700 . They won’t make it right ."

Since then, I have not heard from her and have kept a detailed email thread. At this point, I have had to take legal action against her insured and will be fighting this in small claims court."
