"I have 3 policies..each and every billing period 2 are deducted from my bank account and I get a cancelation notice on the 3rd...I have given them the banking information multiple times , called multiple times and can't get any answers. There is no direct access to their billing department...I am at my wits end...same info on all 3 but only 2 go through...no way to get answers."

"Don't go with this company. Had for homeowners. Boiler gave out and flooded my finished basement. They didn't get there quick enough and basement was full of mold. Finally had refinished exactly the way it was. Narragansett bay dropped me this year due to a claim according to Geico."

"Awful. I started using the company back in 2020 for our homeowners insurance. One year later (2021) we had a pump break in the basement - small damage, about $5000. They paid out instantly, which was great! No other claims since then. Fast forward to August 2023. Just received mail stating my insurance will not be renewed - got on the phone to find out why...they said it was an unwarranted claim, the same one from 2021. Unbelievable. One small claim two years ago and now I need to scramble for insurance. Please, please, do not ever use this company. I would give zero stars if I could."
