"I found this office staff to be so rude that I changed doctors, despite the fact that Dr. Pierce is very nice and attentive. I don't like being told "We're not that late" when I ask how long I'll have to wait for a scheduled appointment, I don't like "there you go" in stead of "thank you" when I'm paying potentially thousands of dollars, and I don't like an office manager who refuses to listen to feedback because "other patients might hear you." An assistant told me not to come in for what was a protruding piece of bone, that it would go away on its own, and I wound up having to make an emergency visit to a dentist in San Francisco. When you enter the office, women behind the glass look at you but don't even say "good morning." I had my implants done by Dr. Pirie who has a wonderful staff with a great attitude."
