"On my first visit I received a lot of xrays (not a bad thing) then afterwards the dentist came in which was the daughter. The way she talked to me was cold and rude. I needed to have a couple teeth extracted and they kept pushing for me to have a bone graft done. I explained to them my current financial situation and that I just wanted the teeth extracted and not a bone graft. I had to cancel the appointment for the extraction because I had to work. So I waited 2 months to get my tooth extracted. At this time when i rescheduled I told the girl AGAIN that I did not want a bone graft, just the 2 teeth extracted. The day before my appointment I was sent an email which included how much money I had to pay the next day for the bone graft which i explained 3x I did not want. On the day of the appointment they try to reschedule the time because the dentist basically wanted to get out early and I was their last patient. I told them I was at work and couldn't leave early and that I would call them monday to reschedule. Then through a text they asked me if i was cancelling my appointment. I told them I was since they were trying to cancel it at this point too. The next day I was checking my emails and seen that they kicked me out of the practice. This place treats you like dollar signs and that is it. I know someone who quit working here because of the rudeness by Michael Gooding to his staff. I guess his daughter is the same way towards her patients. Honestly I was going to look for another dentist after I had my tooth extracted. Waiting for the appointment my tooth went from being cracked to breaking almost completely off and they knew this. They just didn't care."

Upon my first visit, I experienced the most extensive dental examination that I can ever remember having, complete with not only x-rays, but with high resolution photos of those areas that require attention. These photos will be referenced in the future to show the results of recommended procedures, before & after, over time. After the exam/review and a thorough cleaning (by the also very personable and professional hygienist), a suggested action plan was devised, and next appointments scheduled.
