"I visited the Skechers Warehouse Outlet, Store #0790, in North Brunswick, NJ yesterday specifically to find a size 11 in a specific shoe for my daughter. I had previously ordered the shoes online for myself and my daughter really liked them, but they were out of stock online in size 11. Jennifer C., the Store Manager, could not have been more helpful. The shoe was not available in her store in size 11 so she diligently searched all the stores until she found one store that had one size 11 in stock of the shoe. Apparently, size 11s are not easy to come by. Then she had to process the transaction so that I could purchase the shoes from that store and have them shipped to my home, which took time. I was so amazed with her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer, something that is surely lacking in a lot of store employees today. The manner in which Jenn conducted herself was so professional and yet personal and very refreshing to me...she really cared about my needs. Other stores could surely use a Manager like Jenn. I asked Jenn how long she had been managing the store and she informed me it was under 6 months. The way she handled my situation while also managing other store issues at the same time was quite impressive, something I rarely come across nowadays. It seemed, too, that Jenn has a good rapport with the members of her staff, who were also very accommodating. Jenn is a dedicated employee who takes her job very seriously and an employee like that is invaluable. I am very busy but willing to take the time to make a review on Google, something I rarely do, to commend Jenn as I think excellent service needs to be recognized and rewarded!!!"
