"The experience here on Thursday, December 22, was amazing! Ginny was my hygienist, and she did a beautiful job on my teeth. Gracie, Brenda, Dina, Valerie, Sara, and Chris were helpful in greeting me or assisting me in whatever capacity they were in. Dr. Joel was awesome in terms of doing his job, following the legacy and footsteps of his late father Dr. George and his late grandfather Armand."

"I Called to schedule an appointment to get some cosmetic work done. I do not currently have dental (medical). The girl who answered the phone told me that it would be a felony for her to schedule me an appointment without me having dental coverage. Although I know that really does not make a difference seeing as though my call was for COSMETIC work. She went on to explain that she can not make me an appointment because it would be a felony and they could be arrested. On top of being extremely rude she had absolutely no knowledge of the fact cosmetic work is not covered by having dental coverage anyways. This was for sure the most bizarre phone conversation I have ever had. Safe to say I was unable to make my appointment and will be finding somewhere else for my cosmetic work. Just thought I should share because I am still taking back by this phone call."

"I have had nothing but great experiences at Dr. Picard's office. I first met Dr. Picard and his staff at a new patient appointment after neglecting my dental health for many years. I was very anxious but his chairside manner immediately put me at ease. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and at every appointment he took the time to explain procedures as they were being done. Most importantly, he worked with me to help find an appropriate treatment plan, taking into account what I wanted as well as what I needed to have done. I can't recommend him or his assistant Sarah enough."
