"Terrible , I went in for an appointment to get my back tooth pulled only to find out after numbing to where I can’t feel nothing at all they ended up pulling another tooth without my consent , unprofessional & then months later I went in for a filling , they ended up shaving my tooth so thin to where if my filling came out before I get a root canal I would have no other choice but to get it pulled so at this very moment I’m hoping & praying I can save my tooth , totally screwed me over , I do not recommend."
"Went here for emergency dental treatment after being referred by state medical insurance. They brought me in for no more than two minutes, looked at my infected tooth and scheduled an appointment for treatment six months out - didn't even prescribe antibiotics to fight the infection (I ended up having to get them from primary care). Totally ridiculous, but the story doesn't end there. Yesterday (the day before the scheduled date) I called to confirm since I had not received any confirmation call or text at all, and they claimed I cancelled the appointment the day it was scheduled. Then this morning I get a text saying I was late for my appointment, which means it was never cancelled and they can collect payment from the state. I'm reporting this place to the RI Dept. of Health."
