I was, and am grateful for all of the devoted and tireless efforts any and all Chisolm & Chisom staff gave to increase my disability rating to 100% and then later 100% Permanent and Total (more than I can say for SOME reps.) What an amazing group of people and I am certain they are not recognized or thanked enough. I appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for remembering an honorable female veteran as we often are forgotten [.......] intentionally. Thank you."

"If I could give this firm a lower rating, I would. They literally spent about 5 minutes going over a questionnaire for va benefits. I stopped them to ask how many questions they were asking. There were over 20 questions. Really?! Waste of my time and theirs to go through all this and not take the case or not even a guarantee to take the case. You are literally going to answer their questions and get upset over nothing. Just do not waste your time or enegery. To the firm, get the VA records, then make a decision, and then ask the questions and also find someone more sensitive to someone's mental health especially to ask the questions in a better manner, not trigger someone. I do not recommend this firm and can not recommend it on good consciousness when they like to waste time. Lastly, they keep calling until you make it clear you are not using them. Just go and use Berry Law Group or trajectory medical."

"Once they get a giant chunk of your money they aren't very helpful any longer. I've made several attempts to contact my case team, the answer I'm getting is we can't help you since we no longer represent you. Well had I been represented correctly I wouldn't need to reach out! I've recommended a bunch of people here including current clients, UNTIL I've seen that reaching out about a misdiagnosis, incorrect rating and being screwed out of my correct rating dosent interest CC&K.. I suppose because no backpay for fixing this."

"I got the same exact treatment as many other VETS with this law office. I explicitly explained what my claim was and told them I saw many bad google reviews. After a 20 minute questionnaire, I was told they could take my case. So, after several days later I was told by the call center person that they could not help me and would not tell me why. It’s a shame what people have to go through for help. I emailed a different law firm before this one and they said they could not help and gave my contact info to this firm. Lol, only to get the same story from the second one. My case apparently isn’t profitable for them. It’s possible they could save a few coins if they did not spend so much time giving vets the runaround. Something smells with this "VA Lawyer racket.” I’ll dig into it and try to post back with more."

"I am a new client looking for an attorney that deals with LTD.I had called several times and left several messages. I didnt receive a call back.I then called again and was transferred AGAIN to a call center. I was told " the team is busy, they will call you back". I was referred to the firm by my attorny for a LTD appeal. I finally received a call ( not from an attorney but a call center). they asked me to send documents of my denial letter from the LTD insurance, along with an award letter from SSDI disabilty. I did send it as requested via email. I still waited for a call to find out the decision and if they could help me in this matter. I still was waiting 5 days later. I then called again and was told the attorney cant help me. I then asked why?. I was told they cant give out that information. I asked the girl to please have the attorney call me. She then replied " I cant do that they will not be able to call me back". I only asked for a reason of the denial to help..I have never had to go through so many loops to ask a question. Most attorneys have you come in as a free consult. I was never offered that. TO ME THAT SHOWS NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE PERSON. I have had attorneys that have a good manner and ethics.. I was very disappointed. I felt like I had to go thru the GATE KEEPER to speak with an actual attorney!!!.. well I suggest you think before you consider this firm because you should never have to be screened to obtain representation.. Then you cant even ask WHY.. A call NO.. They just will have the gate keeper tell you.. I will definitely put this review as many places as I can.."
