"I can’t say enough about A-Automotive. I’m from Harrisburg PA. The folks here are very customer service based and willing to help someone out they never met or seen before. I called them looking for not so easy to find parts.(2013 MINI Cooper S). They went the extra mile to email/ text me the picture of the of the part I was looking for to make sure it was a correct part. Shipping was super fast( now granted I was 8 hr car ride away, so shipping to other parts of country may be longer). I had my parts the next day. I did call before noon as well, which helped it being next day. But the way it was packed was amazing as well they took extra time and care to make sure my parts made it to me in one piece and made sure nothing moved in shipping. If I could show you a picture of how it was packed I would, but trust me when i saw nothing was moving. I always pick up a package when I get it and shake it, just to see what moves. NOTHING moved when I shook it. There was more time and care that went into packing my parts than I expected AMAZING IN MY BOOK!!! As far as price, from a guy that does stuff in his own driveway. Wow amazing. Can’t compete with you pull it places. I definitely found my new parts place for my out of warranty MINI Cooper. Again can’t say enough about A-Automotive from Mayville,NY.
