"I have been a long time customer and purchase bagels for my employees every Friday . The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient . I always get the same order every time and when I enter your wonderful employee Perda knows my order and gets it ready for me me as I work in a critical care unit and have to be at work by 7. She is an amazing employee who is dedicated to her job and I look forward to her being there on Fridays ! She is truly a blessing to your store !"

"This is my maybe 4th time going here recently. I used to come all the time last year before I moved back to this area and it was great. I'm not sure what happened in that timeframe. Service is super slow now even with online order pickups. It's been the same chick up front my last few visits, tall, slim, tomboyish Indian girl who is about 19 and she literally is so dang slow. Nobody greets you anymore. This last time there was just me and another couple there. I stood forever at the register waiting for someone to talk to me so it could get my online order, then I told the girl my name, she goes to the only order there comes back and asks if it was an online order. OMG. Then gives me the food and throws away the receipt copy. Normally they say "pick up your chips from the side"but they didn't. They had only 2 types of Doritos so I double checked if I got the order with a side and she said yes and walked away to nowhere. RUDE"

"UPDATE 06/11/23 The customer service to resolve the issue is even worse than the food! I contacted them via email with the details of my visit on 06/02/23 and received an automatically generated response acknowledging receipt of my email. That was it… 8 days later and no phone call, no email, no refund, no store credit or anything! Bad Food & Bad Customer Service! I ordered a strawberry lemonade, 2 breakfast sandwiches on a plain bagel. one turkey sausage, egg and cheese and 1 bacon egg and cheese on 6/2/23. Something about the bacon egg & cheese tasted really weird, the closest I can describe it is almost sour. I asked for scrambled eggs and got a fried egg instead so I wasn’t sure if that was the reason for the funny taste. Halfway through the sandwich I decided to throw it out. By late afternoon and well into the next morning I was experiencing bad stomach cramps, diarrhea and throwing up constantly to the point I was throwing up bile. This was my first time eating here and definitely my last! A old co worker recommended them but I wish I would’ve checked the reviews first. I see a lot of complaints about the freshness and overall quality of the food being bad. I also wasn’t the first person to become sick from the food so something is definitely wrong there. Already threw the food out but still had the cup on my dresser"

"Unfortunately, use them on DoorDash gave me the incorrect order with a soggy croissant, and my fruit cup wasn’t even filled to the top with aged fruit. Asked for refund, they will contact DoorDash when they have the capability to refund. I don’t appreciate that type of customer service."

"Cheap and tasty bagel sandwiches. Really good spot for on the go breakfast. Make sure to call ahead, as their ticket time here is kind of slow. Otherwise, good spot to come and beats Dunkin every time."
