"Very rude staff who do not greet customers, do not say thank you after you purchase, they do nothing. I bought 2 teas one for me and one for my daughter who has been so excited to try their tea for months. The two rude things (I refuse to refer to them as human because they were SO evil) talked and laughed as they took 5 minutes to make our teas. Then one of them said nonchalantly "two drinks" as she rudely placed them on the counter and walked away. She was so rude and nasty with no personality at all. I said thank you to her maybe 10 times during the whole transaction. All she did was appear miserable. I pick up the two drinks which was half milk and half some other stuff on the bottom. My daughter and I put our straws in and struggled to stir the SLUDGE as the two ladies with attitudes watched with smirks on their faces. I believe they are racists and are only kind to their own nationality of people. I asked her why the drink was not stirred and she laughed and said "oh, um, you were supposed to um stir it " and laughed. This angered me to no end because this fool saw my young daughter drinking the sludge and did not even for one second offer us advice to shake it. I asked her why she didn't tell us and she said "what do you want me to do? Youu ordered it". No apilogy, no nothing.just rude nastiness from her. So naturually, I went nuts and demanded a refund. her little coworker came out of her face to me and told me to speak nicely to them. I will say this, she would NEVER speak to me that way outside of the store. Do not go to this disgusting establishment with nasty rude racist workers. They DONOT CARE FOR OR APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS."

"I order a kiwi green tea and ended up in the emergency room since the kiwi wasn’t mashed small enough, shot up throw the straw and cut my air way off. The owner has yet to call me back."

"All I can say is I'm tastefully addicted to this place no matter the season. The customer service is always great to they always greet me with a smile and i enjoy the small talk. I have tried may of the items on the menu and the natural fruits is what take makes the drinks great. I literally drive 20 mins from home just to get a drink."

"I particularly liked how you could choose your sugar level for each of the drinks. You have the option between 100%, 60%, or 30% which is something great that I haven't seen before. The bobba pearls were very soft and sweet, and just the right amount."
