"I suffer from severe panic attacks and anxiety disorder was diagnosed from the hospital everytime I have to go there, they suggested me to ask my dr for benzodiazepines and I was denied even though I’ve taken them before. The dr doesn’t care about his patients or try and bother helping them he just feeds me different medications that did nothing. Don’t waste your time with dr Boswell or whatever his name is."

"I just seen somebody said Dr.Boswell is terrible and I agree. He is awful, I had to switch between him and Dr. John who hardly speaks English making him difficult to understand. No offense but they should hire people who better understand English. It’s so hard to get appointments here and they are always booked out so far in advance. Boswell is so condescending and talks down to you he hardly helps, he almost falsely diagnosed me as well legit checked in with two other doctors who proved his diagnosis was wrong. He doesn’t listen just tries to prescribe random medications so he makes more. Big Pharma is trying to make profits off of you. We should all complain to the grievance department get him fired! He should not be a licensed Doctor he’s about as much of a Dr. As Dr.Oz After Jennifer left you guys you went down hill she was the best therapist you guys had to offer."

"Terrible. They add to the stigma of mentally Ill people being bad and that getting help is bad. As soon as you walk in you have to report to the security guard your name first. Security is very rude and doesn’t even give you a chance to breath in the waiting room air before demanding your name! They do not even smile or say good morning. Then after security gets your full name you check in with the receptionist. Makes no sense to me. Please make some attempt to fix this."

"I’ve been going to NHS for now over year and have had great results. Initially I went through two therapists until I found the right one of course Everyone is different and so you have to find the right therapist that fits you. The front desk staff are so slow at times I call my therapist when I get there otherwise I’d be more than a half hour late waiting to check in. People don’t understand that the right window is for checking in and the left window is for checking out and so people just assume which causes a bottleneck and makes people late for therapy."

"Nice and polite staff. The ladies at the reception desk are great. The child psychiatrist Dr. Boswell is fantastic. He is what every psychiatrist should try to be. He truly cares about his patients. I just wish he had better hours. The therapist is also great. Kenneth is kind, compassionate and hard working. He is all about helping children grow and have successful futures. I am thankful for NHS and glad I am able to take my son here. This is the first place that gave me hope for my child’s future."
