"Front desk is unprofessional with client management!!! They constantly scheduled appointments on random days/times without my permission and without notifying me, and I left multiple messages to them to STOP doing that and they continued. By their policy, you get billed for missing appointments (even when you don't know they exist)! When they finally called me back and I addressed this issue, they admitted to the fraudulent scheduling and discharged me in order to not deal with it!"
"I have been coming to this location for just about six months working on multiple issues. The entire team is knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and accommodating. Would highly recommend this location for any PT needs."
"I would highly recommend coming here. The Ivy Rehab team was super kind, nice, and helpful. I have been with therapist and director Kara Galena, and her team members for about 1.5 years-- initially for a bad shoulder injury and then a torn ACL. I am super pleased with the services and healing that I have experienced while attending PT with her, and I certainly would not be nearly as healthy as I am today without her help. Other than that, I also really appreciate how she is genuinely a nice human and truly cares about everyone getting better. For example, she never fails to check in with how I am doing outside of my injuries, and that has always meant a lot to me. 10/10 would recommend coming here if you need it!"
"I have been dealing with sciatica pain for years now and I finally was able to attend Physical therapy appointments. I have completed my program and I am so glad I did it. My sciatica pain is almost non-existent. It feels so good to be able to walk, run and do normal activities without pain. I'm so grateful for Dr. Jason Drott, he was patient, compassionate and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Excel PT! I now have a preventative plan to adhere to and has made exercising fun."
"After more than 3 previous ankle sprains, working with Jason for about 4 months transformed my healing process. While it was a difficult time to endure at first, Jason helped me back to my regular performance in running and tennis amongst other things. I couldn't recommend any physical therapist more β Jason is extremely kind, supportive, and resourceful in his practice. Not only did I recover, I felt like I learned a lot about the mechanics behind PT and my ankle as well as how to maintain a level of stability for the future even without therapy. Would definitely go back and recommend to everyone!"
