"Poorly managed."
"Valerie was an exceptional Therapist to my son for three years."
"Everyone here is so helpful and nice this is a really good place to go if u want the help ."
"I enjoy coming to Upper Darby Holcomb to speak with my therapist all of the time. I Attended there for 3 years from 2015 to 2018 up until my health insurance changed over when April started, I got a phone call on one Saturday morning by the receptionist that she told me im being discharged from Holcomb because of the new change of my health insurance. It is a little bit sad for me that i can't come back there no more but i'm gonna find somewhere else to attend counseling."
"The program director Dr. KEVIN TITZE threatened to lie to my insurance company and the people who handle my housing in attempt to bully me into silence. In previous complaints Dr. Kevin Titze laughed at my concerns about my previous therapist. My last therapist Stephanie Gilmore was exceptionally rude. She told me to shut up in one session. I left. She lied to me, promising me that if I came back and saw her and it did not work out I could see another therapist. During my next session she was nervous and distracted and when she could not keep track of who I was talking about I left the session. She chased me out onto the streets to try and prevent me from leaving. I told her explicitly to have no further contact with me. She harassed me and violated my consent on three separate occasions. This is especially disturbing becasue I was grossly violated by my therapist in middle school. Her repeated violations retraumatized me again and has made the therapist office not safe. Dr. Kevin Titze should lose his license for bullying someone with PTSD, especially someone with a history of trauma caused by therapists. Holcomb Behavioral Health, Stephanie Gilmore and Kevin Titze has no business having anything to do with Mental Health treatment. They have so traumatized me I will never feel safe in the therapist office again."
