"When you turn to commerce drive its first driveway to enter for all deliveries. Its close at night. So you can park on street and sleep overnight or there is a big rest area when you enter commerce drive 10 seconds away from location. Its fcfs facility Nice guys and fast unloading"

"They deliberately set up pallets in a manner where you have to over order. Tribeca Cobble is a great example, each row is 11 big, 11 medium, 16 small and yet the only layout pattern in their website takes 4 big 4 small and 5 medium, making it so halfway into your patio you are digging through the next pallet just for medium sized blocks with tons left over from your first. I called to complain and I got hung up on, not sure if it was on purpose but this is the second time ordering from them where I have to over order by 1-2 pallets just to fit their own layouts."

I requested assistance and within a few days they were at my home investigating. They fully explained the staining problem, how I could remediate it, and what I could do to lessen the chances of his occurring again.
