"If I could give negative stars I would! We reached out to Mercury Swim before Christmas about private swim lessons for my 2 year grandson. We were advised that this would work and so we gave him swim lessons as a Christmas gift. After the holidays my daughter attempted to contact Mercury multiple times by phone (leaving several messages), through facebook (again leaving several messages) and attempted to email (which was returned as the email was no longer active). No one ever answered or contacted her back. In March I finally reached out again to Mercury and they advised that they were too busy and not interested in providing swim lessons. Terrible business! Terrible customer service!"
