"Unprofessional and incompetent. GE sent them out for in issue with my dishwasher. They confirmed the appointment for a week out, reached out the night before the appointment to reschedule for the following day. When they showed up they took the unit out looked at it for a few minutes and said they would have to call GE tech support but they didn’t have time to do it that day. We asked them to, at least put it back together, so we could use it in the meantime until they came back. After they left, the unit was leaking worse and worse. Upon further inspection, we noticed that they never secured the unit back in place and the screws were nowhere to be found. I also noticed that they had damaged the kick plate. I called and left several voicemails asking them to address the issue. When they finally got back to me, several days later, to schedule an appointment, I reiterated that they should bring a new kick plate to replace the one they damaged. The receptionist argued with me, saying that she would not take responsibility for the damage. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with her response, she told me she would cancel my appointment and told me to have GE find a different company to handle my repair. I would recommend staying far away from this company as they are a major liability to have in your home."

"I have used Adorno Appliances for many years to repair my appliances and always had a great experience. Mr. Arturo is very professional and trustworthy. If you are looking for a company that is not looking to rip you off with service and repairs then they are the company to call."

"There was a loud banging and movement from my washing machine. Gave a call to this family owned business to have a look to see if I needed to replace it or if it would be reparable. The tech came out evaluated the issue and informed me I needed a new weight balancer. The price was moderate especially in these current times so I went ahead with the repair. After the job was done I used my washer the next night and I forgot I even had the washer on. I was really impressed with the response and the ability for the tech to fix the problem."

"They don't deserve one star... worst company ever. I can't believe Frigidaire or any other retail manufacturer would ever authorize these worthless, incompetent, rude and unprofessional characters to do anything. Try calling them and don't expect a return call for days. They forget to order parts. They never follow up. They don't even realize that the parts they lie about ordering have been discontinued for two years. Oh, and when you attempt to fill them in on all of their errors, they can't shut their mouth for two seconds to even listen - just constantly interrupt. Seriously, don't let these clowns anywhere near your property. Demand another service tech. I can't imagine they'll be in business much longer."
