"As someone who prefers tea over coffee, I fell in love with this place. The manager and servers are attentive, kind and generous. A special shoutout to Kai and Chen who a huge part of the reason I always find myself back here! If you're someone who WFH this is the perfect spot. There are only a handful of patrons weekdays from 11-5pm. Weekends are crowded, but honestly I'm happy business their is booming. I'm still generally seated immediately. I have cafes closer to me, but I'm always willing to make the trek for the cozy environment, fantastic menu + One of my best friends had her Bridal Proposal here! So it holds some great memories. My go-to orders: (Iced) Potted Peach Green Tea at 80% sugar (Hot) Earl Grey Milk Tea at 50% sugar (Hot) Toffee Milk Tea at 30% sugar Brown Sugar Boba Crepe Cake! Katsu Chicken Sandwich"

"The exterior doesn’t make justice to the beautiful atmosphere of this place! It’s beautiful, clean also the incredible flavors and great quality of the desserts and the teas! Service was great, very proper and polite. The robot kitty waitress was very courteous and cute as well! Very affordable prices. Highly Recommended!!"

"I hosted a small bridal shower here and it went very well. I read previous reviews and was nervous, but I think that early communication is key - call and email the restaurant to discuss details beforehand. They were able to accommodate dietary restrictions, and the tea/food was all served in a prompt and timely fashion. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was beautiful."

"Just spent a lovely afternoon here with my sisters and niece. We shared the afternoon tea for 4. The aesthetic of the space is really cute. Milk tea and treats were delicious! Our favorites were the scones and the purple yam crepe cake. Price was great for the amount served. Very filling and we even had enough for a full leftover container. Would love to come again and try other dishes and teas"

"Prince Tea House is a nice place to go for just a small quiet clean atmosphere and food was tasty. Since this was my first time going I just got something I was familiar with. It is a tea house so there were so many different teas, hot and cold. They also had a cat robot rolling cart bring the food out, They have locations in New York and one in Philadelphia which we will be trying soon. This is one of the cleanest restaurants we have seen, omg the bathroom. It’s worth checking out for the first time."
