"Purchased a set of Rotors on July 26th 23... I installed them w/a new set of pads (pads i had and were 100% new).. not even 3 weeks later! the rotors went bad! warped, purple in color, heat spots,,, HORRIBLE.... - the only good thing is they took em back... after i told them they only lasted 2-3 weeks.. I had to give my phone # and my Drivers License ... and my money was returned... horrible horrible rotors... & no, I will never be in this companies stores ever again -today, you lost a customer........"

"Arrived with my parts expecting to collect my $100 core charge at 8:52pm. Lights on floors locked and safe open. Called no answer. Then called at 8:58 from the parking lot and was told that the worker was alone and just closed the register. Only problem. Nobody was near the registers since 8:52. If you are open till 9pm then be open. Otherwise change your hours and say open until we feel like it. #falsehours"
