"Awful establishment. Was my sister’s bday and she had a free coffee, she waited 40 mins plus for one coffee. When she asked, the barista acted lost about what order it was. After explaining she made the order…now an hour passed and she still made the wrong order. She said it was the wrong order and the barista looked dumbfounded. No empathy, awful start to the day. Will never come here again."
"The morning staff is amazing. The afternoon staff needs Jesus. Really terrible service between 2 and 4. Order took forever, no one said a word as my drink was thrust at me, and I asked for light ice and got like 4x ice. The AM service is perfect."
"The cafe seems to be closed more often than not leading to the drive thru backing up with cars, service often takes >30 minutes because of this and if you get the wrong drink (which happens often enough) fixing it will take your whole morning. The employees are very friendly but the frustration of actually receiving your order here can be more trouble than it is worth."
