"When our 10 yo GE refrigerator died 1 1/2 weeks before Christmas we rushed out to buy a new one. We went to the one place where we have always purchased our appliances, The Original Lakes Appliance in Medford. We were looking for a simple counter depth, 3 door cafe style black stainless frig. Nothing too expensive. To our dismay, nothing was in stock. The Frigidaire that we saw on their website would not be available until mid-January (possibly). Bosch, which was a $1300 upgrade, had a 6-8 week wait. We passed and went to Albo Appliance in Mt. Holly a couple days later. They had the exact same Frigidaire 3 door cafe style black stainless that we originally wanted, could deliver it by Dec 28 and offered a 5 yr extended warranty for half the price of Lakes. Lakes also wanted $100 to delivery, set up and haul away. Albo charged nothing. The purchase process was so fast and easy with our salesman, Otis Brooks. He was knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and up front with costs, extended warranty info, delivery, etc. The delivery guys made getting our new frig in and getting rid of the old one easy and clean. They knew what they were doing and couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Albo, Otis Brooks and the delivery guys for making our first purchase a pleasant one. We will definitely return for our next purchase!!!"
