"My mother came in the store and could not find what she was looking for. She asked employee David for assistance which he then gave her a nasty response and said “go look for it”. My mother responded saying she did look for it but she was unable to find it which he then repeated again to go look for it herself. David walked into aisle 3 and pointed something out which she then said that wasn’t what she was looking for so he walked away and said “well you have to just look for it” for a third time! She requested a supervisor which then Jack came over and tried to figure out what went wrong. She asked David in front of Jack, do you give this response to all customers coming in? David responded yes. Which jack then instructed him to stop talking. The nasty and disrespectful behavior from David was uncalled for and completely unacceptable when all she did was ask for help! I’m pretty sure he would not have had that response with a man or even a caucasian person for that matter. I do not appreciate or tolerate rude behavior especially to my mother!!! As anyone wouldn’t!! This will be taken further!!"

"If I could give Staples in Mount Holly 10 stars, I would - their printing services are the best, quality-wise and efficiency-wise - and the staff are awesome. Very helpful and very kind. We ran into a difficult issue with a print job and they were so compassionate, and helped us resolve it (thank you David!). This is the only place I will ever go to again for supplies and printing. Thank you Staples in Mount Holly! "
