"Good but short staffed. Person at register left to use the restroom and no one around to cover. Sad."

"While I was at the register the cashier who was on his phone, speaker on so everyone could hear him yelling. He overcharge me I pointed out his mistake and he became rude and belittled me in front of all the other customers while he went to get the manager. The manager and I went and discovered I was correct and my purchase was discounted but I left there very upset that this unprofessional person belittle me and did not apologize for his mistake and his rudeness. Dollar general is right down the street ."

"I am only giving this place five stars because of the staff that work at the physical location. The corporate office messed up my order and I was led to believe that it was coming in. To the point where I came in the next week, and I was livid because my items weren't there only half of my order was there. However, Vicki and Rob went all the way and above and beyond to help me out. They went to corporate and provided them with the details and helped me call to get either a return or a refund on the items that were said that they picked it up but it was not. They then provided an exchange so I would recieve my items which is AMAZING. As a small business owner (Art business of all things) I have to stretch every dollar I can to provide a great product for an affordable price for my clients and my customers. It makes it hard to afford things when things aren't coming through the way they are, but these two are ROCKSTARS and i absolutely love that they helped me out in every way. Shame on your corporate, and give these two a raise!!!"

"Manager or head sales rep on feb 6th is extremely rude . First the website says you open at 8. The store sign says at 9. So i came to the store at 9 walked in and women came out of the office extremely rude saying umm we dont open till 9. So i asked its not 9 she presisted withsaying no 2more mind with a attitude. So i commented that the doors shouldn't be unlocked and open if your not actually open. Then she said that's not the point and I could still shop. At this point I had already started to leave the store. Because of how Rude she was. This is notthefirst experience ihave had with rudesalesclerks at thislocation. your customer is right and the store was physically unlocked and opened so you shouldn't berude to the customers. This location has lost my business permanently and I'm a frequent visitor."

"This is a great location. My wife and I go out of our way to shop at this Dollar Tree instead of one closer to out house because it is big and always has better inventory. The cashier's however, aren't to happy. They seem overwhelmed with the amount of customers everytime I visit. Overall I recommend this location."
