"First, let me say I'm 46yrs old and I grew up in Maple Shade so I try to support local business. My car's air conditioning compressor broke and I was about to order the new part from an online store when a good friend told me about this establishment (TCR). I called today 7-27-2023 and asked if they carried the A/C compressor for import car (a 15sec convo), i immediately get disconnected. I call back and the same guy answers the phone and I say, "I'm sorry we must have been disconnected" and he replies "yeah, i know, what do you need". I tell him the car's info, he gives me the price, I then ask, "is the part in stock?" he says "yes". My last question to him was "what time does the store close?". He then replies "hey bud, I got 3 people on hold and hangs up". We might have been on the phone a total of 1-min, literally. And here I thought that the 20yrs that I've worked as a power systems Electrical Engineer was at times STRESSFUL!!!! I was wrong, looking up inventory for a person who wants to spend their money at the place that employs you is much more stressful."
