"They are very nice there, the waiting area is air conditioned, very clean, comfortable chairs and has cable tv, fridge full of bottle water and coffee . Their bathroom is very very clean. While they service your car they send you a lil video of what’s going on with your vehicle and any future repairs that may be needed. Like it’s a real mechanic inspecting your car talking directly to you! Also you never have to wait long and the service fees are very reasonable. Wonderful staff and great service!!!"

"My car purchased from this dealership a little over a year ago should not need struts and shocks. I have put less than 5000 miles on the car since my purchase. The car has 66000 miles on it and based on my research the struts and shocks are not due for replacement until 75000 to 80000 miles. Not looking for them to pay the entire bill of $27000 for this repair but the dealership should provide some assistance on this bill. I have purchased 4 cars from them in the past. I should receive some consideration for being a loyal customer. I am requesting a call to discuss this issue. Considering not purchasing from this dealership again based on how this has been handled. "I was happy that they were able to take me in before my appointment time. However, not so happy that they don't even wash the car after service is a little thing but surprised since the Ford/Lincoln, Honda and Land Rover dealers I've dealt with wash the cars after services."
