"There has been a handful of times that I get coffee from this location and it is not completely filled. If I am paying the amount of money Starbucks charges for drinks I’d expect to get a full drink for the price. The workers also tend to have a bad attitude. The wait time is entirely too long in the morning."

"Michelle working the drive thru window was VERY rude and incompetent…how do people know if a specialty drink is hot/cold? Any other starbucks Ive been to asks you which of the 2 you would like. I ordered what was advertised on the menu and it was a cold drink. When she handed it to me, I asked politely “Its not served cold per the menu board picture”? Instead of correcting HER mistake, she rolls her eyes at me and just shuts the window in my face. Ive been a loyal starbucks customer since 2011… NEVER HAVE I EVER been this disrespected at starbucks. I brought her nasty attitude up to Donna (Manager) and she was very sweet and understanding of the whole situation as well as Katie…GOOD ON YALL! As for Michelle, if you dont like your job just say that Bookie, Id be miserable too if I couldnt do my job correctly…"

"My deaf friend recently shared their disappointing experience at a Starbucks location: 'I had an unfortunate experience at a Starbucks location that deeply disappointed me. As a deaf individual, I attempted to place an order through the drive-thru. However, I was met with disappointment when an Indian male employee declined to serve me due to my deafness. This incident left me feeling not only humiliated but also excluded. I requested to speak with the manager. Regrettably, the manager suggested that I should come inside to place my order due to my inability to hear. This experience was disheartening and seemed to be a clear case of discrimination. In a world that should be progressing towards inclusivity and understanding, it's disconcerting to encounter such behavior. Deaf individuals, much like anyone else, deserve the right to receive the same level of service and respect. I hope that Starbucks takes this incident with the seriousness it warrants and takes steps to educate their staff about the significance of treating all customers equally. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and I firmly believe that Starbucks can strive to create an environment that is inclusive for everyone. "For the most part I have had good experiences at this Starbucks. Just like any business you have some workers that are great and others that are not the best. But when there have been any issues it is usually dealt with properly."
