"How are the hours until 6, but it’s closed by 5:20? At least put a sign up or disable the app. I know they saw me outside when I attempted to get in after seeing the drive thru blocked. They could’ve even said hey we’re closed. I did contact dunkin and they gave me money back, but it’s obvious the people here are selfish and don’t think about people drive out of their way to get something they wanted. Patronizing customers makes sure these employees continue to get paid. I’ll drive out the way to go to any other dunkin. It’s my fault I decided to go any places rated a 3.9."
