"The girl who took my order—fabulous. By the way she greeted me I knew my order would be correct. People like that are so rare now! Present, competent, professional, confident. Unfortunately my drink was completely full of ice and not the standard amount so that was a bummer lol."
"These workers are doing their best given the circumstances. Having to handle the drive-through, in store orders, and online orders while gaggles of high-schoolers are there on their lunch period is insane for the few people they have working there. I commend them. The quality of the the drinks seriously deteriorates though when they're not given the time and support to handle so many orders. I paid $6 for basically garbage water that I know they can do better with if they had time."
"I am only writing this review because this has happened to me more than 6 times. Very often that you use your app to order ahead, the cafe is closed and you have to go through drive thru and wait at least 15/20 min to pick up your order. Tell me, how does that make any sense? If I ordered ahead it’s because often times I do not have time to wait. Staff is friendly, but if you are understaffed just don’t have ordering ahead as an option. So disappointed"
