"I went there, but two entrance doors are locked. I was finding a way to buy donuts, some staff inside saw me but ignored me. I tried this door, that door, back this door, and that door one more time! So terrible. After a while, a woman inside did body language to let me go to the drive-thru door. Alright, I went to the drive thru window, I knocked the door glass too many times, but she was on her phone. I tried to knocked the window more, then she came and served me 3 classic donuts and asked me to pay $4.70. Normally I buy 3 paying about $4. I just had 4 in cash, I requested to pay by Apple Pay, then she told me just give her that 4. No receipt! So bad Wish I could have stars below 1! I was so patient to get those 3 donuts overpriced without receipt and more importantly so terrible service!"

"0/10 would not recommend. The hot chocolate, usually a comforting treat, lacked the expected richness and warmth. It tasted diluted, almost as if a mere whisper of chocolate had been introduced to hot water. This departure from the indulgent hot chocolate experience one anticipates at Dunkin' Donuts was quite noticeable. Moving on to the bagel, the staleness was a prominent issue. The texture was disappointingly hard, giving the impression that it had been left out for an extended period (although I received my order at 7:30am). The burnt flavor added an unexpected and unwelcome dimension to the taste. It was evident that the freshness and quality of the bagel had not been prioritized. In summary, the lackluster hot chocolate and the substandard bagel collectively made for a less-than-satisfactory visit. It's my hope that Dunkin' Donuts takes this feedback constructively, addressing these concerns to maintain the high standards we've come to expect from the brand."

"New building in an old location. I wanted to try them out. They are right next to Wawa and it works! You don’t have to get out your car and the wait wasn’t bad either. I tried their lemon loaf and it was scrumptious with my hot lattes. Yum!"
