"Bought an ASKO part from them and when I applied to return they denied . They asked me to call directly to ASKO and apply for return. When I called the manufacturer, they said it doesn’t make sense and you must to return to whom you bought. When I call back to talk with accounting manager, she was rude and even didn’t let me to talk with her. They have nastiest accounting department and could not care less about your business."

Parts usually ship the same day and I receive them the following day. I received a follow-up call from customer service for my most recent order as they wanted to confirm receipt of parts and ensure they met my needs. I have used Mid-Atlantic six times now and every experience has been great."
