"I bought a garage door and had their installer install it.The door is grinding And falling off track when it comes down. I emailed them 11 times, they never got back to me. I spoke to someone in customer service once.Then I had to go to the store.They refused to help.They suggested I go to the door manufacturer when really it Was a bad installation job. I spent $3,500 and I'm getting no help at all. i I will never go to them again"

"Horrible customer service Rude front end associate! I walked around the store twice, asked 3 different employees where the item I was looking for was located, received 3 different isle locations...not one was correct . Desperate need for customer service training. Went to Lowes and was in and out in less then 5 minutes."
