"Not sure who I spoke with tonight, but their insistence that I am definitely not tasting a disgusting chemical flavor in my vanilla latte and that I'm the only person to ever complain of this is unfortunate. And I am sure they typically use "super special, no chemicals that would leave a taste" cleaning wipes, but I wouldn't at all be surprised if the barista making my drink ran out and used a tub of Target brand wipes to clean the frothing nozzle. Her insistence that I should come back to remake the drink was absolutely disingenuous to boot because she didn't bother to take my name or information. Oof. Never again and it serves me right for getting my coffee at a place that isn't my neighborhood cafe!"

"Starbucks Plymouth Meeting Metroplex I have tried to get a Green tea frapechino for 3 years now and I am always told that they can’t make because the ice machine is broken. For 3 years!! This is a disgrace. I just walk away."

"Whomever has been working the register was so rude. Soon as I walked up no hello/ Hi she just rudely said “ we ain’t got no ice”. The next day I went back on my lunch break i ask for a chocolate chip mocha frappe she said, “our frappe machine not working” she didn’t even look at me. I waited a week went back it was 3 employees standing around I had to say hello for one of them to come over. I asked if the frappe machine working the employee said kinda not really and the other employees laugh. I walked away I will never go back to that Starbucks again I was every disgusted and disappointed with their behavior."

"Whomever was at the register today was so rude and dismissive. We asked for a chai tea and she rudely said “we ain’t got no chai” and never looked at us. We love Starbucks and always have a pleasant experience however we were disgusted with their behavior."

"So. All the nearby Starbuckses were closed. I help out at my sister's coffee shop, I do understand the staffing shortage. But I REALLY wanted a matcha latte. Also, I was in need of an Impossible sandwich. The Impossible sausage you can buy and make at home just isn't as good. I walked in, doubting they'd have any.. But they did!!!! My night was made! And, the barista, despite being alone, was so pleasant and kind. She made my pistachio oat milk iced matcha JUST PERFECT. I was so relieved. It was a very long day, and to find I could get exactly what I needed, made right, was so nice. I'll definitely come here again."
