Dunkin'

"I always stop at this Dunkin in the morning before work since it’s so convenient on the way. But it’s horrible service, I always walk inside the store to order, I’m ignored for 5-10 minutes, the employees don’t acknowledge that I’m standing there waiting to order. The employees are so focused on the drive through and mobile orders. The least they could do is say they will be with me in a moment, instead of looking at me & turning their back to me to continue making other drinks until they feel the need to wait on me. Unbelievable & rude. I will not go to this Dunkin anymore & I highly recommend you don’t either. Such horrible customer service, no manners, just rude."

"By far THE BEST DD around. I used to stop by this one all the time but no longer take this route. There are days I’ll literally drive past 3 other ones just to come to this location. They are always consistent and super friendly! I wish I had the same vibe closer to where I live. Thank you for being there when we need pick me ups!"

"No problems with service but they just use sugar packets for some reason when you ask for sugar in your iced drink instead of liquid sugar."

"Got a coffee today that was basically just water, no coffee or caramel taste at all. This location is always inconsistent will probably just get my coffee elsewhere as they just don’t care about the quality of product they are sending out the window."

"Twice this week they got my drive-through order wrong. I asked for coffee with cream and they stuck sugar in it and then another time they gave me donuts I did not order in place of ones I did. When I went in to correct the orders the guy could care less."
