"The worst Papa John’s ever, while the pizza was good the boneless wings were chicken nuggets with sauce drizzled on them. I called to complain spoke with Manager who do nothing but repeat my order back to me, not addressing my complaint of receiving chicken nuggets drizzled in sauce as oppose to boneless wings. File a complaint with Corporate over a week ago and to date I have not received a callback."

"This papa John's has always treated me right, customer service is good and the food that they make is top quality. There was an incident I experienced from a secondary delivery service where the driver ran away with my order... I called in the same night and they gave me a fresh order free of charge and refunded my payment. In all other cases delivery drivers from Papa John's have been polite and professional. 5 stars in my opinion who could ask for more? I cant speak for other reviews but I've hardly ever had trouble with these folks in the past and I order fairly often."

"I ordered for delivery online. After 45 minutes of waiting, I went online to get the phone number and realized I had an email from them canceling the order. No explanation given. No call given. No compensation given for having canceled."

"Ordered 2 pizzas 05/12/23 at 11:25 am for lunch for my guys at work. Estimated delivery time said 12:20-12:30, which I thought was a long time but we are busy at work so whatever. Pizzas come at 1:30 and are COLD! I told the driver, I’m not saying it’s your fault but we ordered that pizza 2 hours ago and it looks all dried out like it’s been sitting for 2 hours. He stated, I don’t work for Papa John’s, I work for Door Dash. I even gave him a good tip because I can’t put the blame on him but NEVER AGAIN! These cold pizzas costed me $80 Do not order from this location. If I seen the horrible reviews prior to ordering, I wouldn’t have wasted my time or money."

"Horrible customer service!!! Bread was made terrible and I asked them to remake the breadsticks and I was rudely told 1st-“that’s how there made now” 2nd- “the bread didn’t proof” and then “we’ll the only thing I can do for you is return it” I ordered from the ridley location leaving here and got normal breadsticks. This isn’t the first time either, last time we ordered it happened I returned and simply asked if they could be remade and they apologized and remade them, with a smile and apologized again as I was leaving. The worst part was the rudeness of the women!"
