"This place is trash and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. How do you bring one stove out and have the burners don’t work then it takes you a month and a half to bring another one out without the right side burners. How do you do business like this? They really need to close And I’m going to start calling the Better Business Bureau because this is disrespectful."

"The WORST BLACK OWNED BUSINESS IN GERMANTOWN. Please take your time and money elsewhere. Everyone in this place is lazy, the workers will try to pursue you (even though it's suppose to be business, they lie about deliveries no matter how many times you call (they don't always answer). The old guy rudy had my cousin wait for an appliance for 8 MONTHS , which is ridiculous. He acts senile so don't let him play with you! If your not black your not going to get the best service because of your color and even if you are just know he's not PROFESSIONAL."

"Listen. Everything is good until something breaks. My refrigerator has been humming for months now. I just purchased in May. I called them, they sent somebody out, I guess to make it seem like they were fixing the issue. Never heard back from them again. Called back again, they said they were out of the size fridge I had, and they are going to order another one that’ll be there 2 days later. Never heard from them again. Called again, and now I just go to voicemail. Probably blocked me lol. But I guess this is what I get for purchasing a fridge for $150."

"I've purchased several appliances from Robinson's appliances and never had a bad experience in the fifteen years I've been going there. I've purchased several refrigerators and stoves, along with family members and even co-workers I know who have gone there. Mr. Robinson charges fair prices and his staff are professional and courteous like him. I only know of one minor issue with an appliance and it was resolved in a timely manner."

"Beautiful appliances for less cash with maybe a scratch or a dent but right now they have new appliances straight out the box with warranties"
