"Great business reasonable prices was going to a previous automotive shop and they were just taking my money and not fixing it. I needed a power steering pressure hose and the previous shop that I was at they kept going on and on and more money and more money and they told me they can never find the power steering pressure hose. Joe found the hose in 5 mins they looked at all my O2 sensors and found a leaking vacuum line on the back of my engine that was supposedly flagging up a catalyst converter bank 2. Definitely will be going back to Joe's for the power steering pressure hose and alignment and front rotors and brake pads look forward to doing business with them. Update I had Joe fix everything on my car and my car passed inspection. This shop is by far one of the best shops in Rhode Island. I am going to refer my family and friends here. Update been going to Joe's for a few months now I love this shop always great prices and HONESTY mechanics. Friendly staff are treated with kindness. They got my check engine light off by putting in 02 which the other shop kept stealing them. the other shop tried to get me to replace my cat for 2500.00 Joe put in my 02 that I bought for 50 in labor and again best shop ever."

"By far the BEST auto repair shop in the area! It's nice to find an honest mechanic and that's what you get at Joe's Auto Repair! I explained that I needed my Jeep to last a cpl more months. He told me my Jeep had rot so bad that was eating thru the parts. Don't have a ton of money to fix right now. He told ne what needed to be done 1st and has been working with me to fix 1 part every 2 weeks (I get paid every 2 weeks) just to keep the car going til I get my tax return. I don't trust mechanics after the last 1 took my catalytic converter and didn't tell me and didn't give it back to me. Straight robbed me. I trust Joe. He said even if I bought the part someplace else that he'd put it in for me. He's transparent and trustworthy in a world that's not."
