"Ralph Woodmansee and his company were extremely unprofessional in the way they handled my mother and father’s homeowners insurance policy since they passed away this last year. After recently losing my father to Covid-19 and while grieving, Ralph threatened me and my parents home for not calling him back, warning that I “would not be happy with the results of not returning his phone calls” When speaking with him he was aggressive and belittling on the phone. His lack of professionalism and his disrespect for my situation makes me wonder how he has managed to stay in business to this point. Not once did he acknowledge my loss or exercise human decency in dealing with me. I am now switching my homeowners and auto insurance policy to another company and would warn any person not to do business with Woodmansee Insurance."
