"Good food however they are quick to complete your food and drink order but forget to complete your order and have no greeting anyone. They are more worried about the drive through. I wouldn’t recommend this location. The king of Prussia Dunkin’ Donuts does a much better job with drive through and inside the store at the same time"

"Terrible customer service. Ordered a hot latte, they messed up and served me an iced latte. They wouldn't admit their mistake and fix it. It's cold in November why would I want an iced coffee. Terrible customer service and the latte was awful."

"With the amount of people working there and the fact to order inside there is a touch screen so no one even needs to work the counter it is extremely disappointing the errors being made. My part of the order was not right and since my partner picked up using the drive thru it was not realized until he was home. Coffee had no pumpkin even though the sticker clearly said 4 shots of pumpkin. And my sandwich was missing egg. Instead it had two pieces of cheese."

"As a long time coffee lover with stomach issues, I had given it up for a month or so. I was feeling particularly weak in my resolve one morning and decided to cave and have a cup of cold brew from Dunkin. Why Dunkin coffee varies so much from day to day I’ll never know. Some days the coffee tastes terrible and stale, some days it’s burnt, other days it’s good. Today was a bad day to break my no coffee streak. No idea how cold brew can taste both burnt and stale, but it did. Dunkin seriously needs to up their food game. Service at this location seems good enough."

"2 days in a row I ordered a corn muffin and a coffee. 1st day I pull up to the window and they handed me my coffee and credit card but no corn muffin. The window closed. I waited for someone to open again and I asked what happened to my corn muffin. They said they don't have any more. It would've been nice for them to say something when I ordered it. 2nd day I ordered the same thing, but asked first if they had corn muffins. They said yes. So I proceeded with the usual order and went to the window. AGAIN, I'm handed my coffee and credit card and window closed. I waited until they opened up again and I was asked if I needed something. I said yes, the corn muffin. She said I didn't order a corn muffin. I told her i asked through the intercom if they had it and was told yes. So I handed her my card again and was charged for the corn muffin. It took them long to give the corn muffin. She handed me a bag and she folded it closed. I found that strange. When I was about 10 miles out I opened the bag to eat my corn muffin and I was given a BEAT UP MUFFIN, AND IT WASN'T EVEN CORN MUFFIN!!!!!! (See picture)This was my go to place every morning. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!"
