"Recently drove my 2019 Mini Countryman the two hour round trip to the service dept here. I found the whole experience to be impressive. Earlier in the week, I called and Robin quickly got my Mini scheduled to replace the chrome around the headlights. Although my vehicle’s warranty had expired for the parts I needed, I was pleasantly surprised the bill Robin gave me was cheaper than he quoted over the phone. My Mini was even washed and vacuumed while we waited a short time in their comfortable and clean customer area for the repair!! Robin and all the staff are so efficient and pleasant that I just had to write a review of praise!"
"I have delt with many dealerships for years, the employee's at this Allentown dealership is by far the best. Very friendly, more than to help anyway they can. I bought a used 2015 mini, my first, and not from them. They treated me like I had been a long time customer, I asked if they could explain all the features of my mini and they were great. I purchased assessors for my mine from them, and everything was just what I wanted. The dealer that I had bought mini from was not a mini dealer, and was really hard to deal with."
