"Extremely slow, and make sure you have an appointment if you don't you will be wasting time, in fact all Walmart oil changes in Pennsylvania are all bad. Don't know in other states. I would give it zero stars if it let me"

"Great service. No messing around. The front desk was great getting us checked in and communicating with the maintenance team. I was in and out in no time with new tires. Also bought the new tires online from Walmart. Overall happy with choosing Walmart service. Would recommend."

"Do not make an appointment on the main Walmart website. They don't communicate with that system and their hours are not listed accurately. I ordered a set of tires and booked an appointment to have them installed on the Walmart website. The auto center did not know about this appointment, ended up picking up my tires to have them installed elsewhere. The single employee working at the auto center was very helpful and found my tires for me in the back."

"Their customer service is horrible. I got my tires changed like a month ago. One of the tires had a leak. I didn't notice it until two weeks later since a bump had formed. I then called them and scheduled an appointment. When I went there and told them what had happened, they said it can't be covered since I didn't buy the road hazard. And she said that happened because of the heat and cold places. That just proves my point that their tires aren't good. If they can't handle the heat or the cold what could they handle? I don't recommend changing your tires there."

"I had a wonderful experience at this Walmart Auto Center! Louis, Jorge and Joel were super professional, kind and very helpful. I was traveling with my van and I got a flat tire. I was stranded. They didn’t hesitate to help me and fix my problem in no time and at a great price, even saving my tire! I highly recommend this shop."
