Dunkin'

""Opens" at 4:30 AM but doors are unlocked at 4:45 AM. The staff seems nice except for this one redhead with glasses (the source of my problems at this DD and the sole reason I will never go to this location again). The fake redheaded woman with glasses who I see all the time in the mornings (literally cannot escape her) is extremely rude and nasty. She has no customer service skills every time I go and overall puts me in a negative mood. She would look at you like you just ruined her life and then completely ignore you and force you to wait. If you care about good customer service and overall fast service, this DD is NOT the place. I am surprised no one punched this lady yet, however at least people can see how this one woman is bringing this entire DD down. Do NOT recommend it at all. LOL and once I got a large matcha latte with almond milk but with no ice. Literally 40% of a large cup was filled and handed to me. So at this point just order the light ice I guess. Starbucks starting to look like the elite place for coffee!!"

"DD has gotten way too expensive. Paid $5 for a cold egg and cheese croissant, looked like something out of frozen food section of supermarket. Getting hot coffee is almost impossible at any location. Naturally milk is cold, so when its added to coffee the temperature drops. How has DD not thought to fix this like Starbucks. Donut selection is poor."

"Horrible. Me, my wife and 2 children stood at the counter awaiting acknowledgement (at least) we received nothing! A light complexion girl kept looking at us but did not even attempt to take our order. The drive thru crew members were in the back/side having a great conversation. I don’t beg to spend my money. We left. Terrible."

"I went inside to place my order, I stood at the register for five minutes just getting looks from the workers. Nobody said they'd be right with me or acknowledged me in any way. Just glances in my direction. Left the store without ordering, called and spoke to the manager, explained the situation and got nothing but silence in return. I guess there's a reason fast food workers have the reputation they have. Will not come back here."

"If you are out of everything, maybe you should close? They were even out of most milks, cups for cold drinks, and bags for food. Even after all that, the drink I received wasn’t exactly what I asked for (I asked for cold brew with a splash of milk). The fridge with sodas was mostly empty. Staff was overwhelmed, but I don’t think it’s their fault. Sounds like a management issue to me."
