"This place is marvelous. As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed with silence and a cozy environment. All the employees greet you with a smile. The folks serving beverages and food are knowledgeable and good at what they do. Speaking of which, all the items from the menu taste good and don't leave a nasty aftertaste like what you might get from other big-name coffee shops. Lastly, the chairs are so supportive and comfortable. Add in the cool decor and you never want to leave! Capital One Cafes are awesome. The only thing is they need more locations!"

"I had to do some work while the kids were shopping in the King of Prussia Mall. I was originally dreading working in the food court when I came by the Capital One Cafe. As a business traveler I am familiar with the airport lounges so I stopped in. Terrific place to get some work done. Comfortable and relaxed. The staff are terrific. The bathroom is clean. An oasis in the mall"

"I came in for a great experience, and I succeeded in that with the help of the lovely staff Kelly, Melanie, and Kiara at the capital one café. They were great and as a group helped me more then they even know! I came in just to use the ATM originally and I liked the fact that they had a pumpkin pie latte. I thought that was interesting I tried it was delicious. The barista Amani made a great latte for me and was very sweet! But the most beneficial portion of my visit was realizing that I do need to look at my budget and spending and they have a great program to help you do that and the ladies here share the program with me, walked me through it step by step, and got me set up with a free money mentor where I get to go over my finances with him for three free zoom sessions! You can’t beat that. I’ m happy I was able to have a moment in a judgment free zone to map out my spending and to see where my holes are!I’m definitely believe in giving praise for great service because it’s always easy to see the bad in situations but I’m super grateful when I can have a totally positive experience!"

"I went to this location intending to shut down my account because of the horrendous experiences I've had with the support online. But after being helped by Kelly C. and Armando B. I am keeping my account, but moving forward, I will not call support anymore. I must add that you are never allowed to let Rose stop working at this location, I will cry if you do."
