"Not at all a review of the customer service, as the employee's were fine. This is more about the overall business model that Geek Squad is forced to operate under. They are very short staffed and set up to take advantage of people who do not know much about computers. They assumed because I was taking my Computer to them to be worked on instead of doing it myself that I knew nothing about computers. So much like a shady car mechanic they tried to feed me some nonsense and sell me a brand new computer even though I already knew what was wrong with mine I was just too lazy to fix it myself. Long story short don't be lazy, just do the work yourself. GeekSquad is only there to sell you products you don't need."

"I am rating only the phone call I made. I had to call about 3 or 4 times, and each time they connected me to the wrong number. I did end up going in to have something checked out. The guy was very helpful and knew what he was doing.I was very satisfied. I would give this in-store visit a 5 star rating."

"Pretty satisfied with the help I recieved in general. They did their best to help me with a significant computer issue, However timely, efficient, and communicative aren't words I'd use to describe the experience. I dropped off on Wednesday just before closing (with an appt), heard nothing back so went to the prescheduled pick up appt on Friday assuming all was fine... they hadn't touched my computer becuase they needed to get ahold of me, but one person supposedly called (I didn't get a call) one time, and didn't leave a voicemail (my voicemail is set up so no reason to not leave a message). In the end it didn't matter much becuase the device is beyond repair, but communication and efficiency could use some streamlining"

"Bought one of the last gaming pc’s they had in store for our daughters birthday, after getting home and setting it up we couldn’t get it to work. We brought it back in and the gentleman attempted to trouble shoot what was wrong. Come to find out there was a serious issue and they had no other options in the store. Chris went above and beyond he not only made the effort to find us another gaming pc but got it in fast and discounted the difference so we didn’t have to pay anymore! Thank you Chris our daughter is going to enjoy her new gaming pc."
