"Went here to buy a microwave. Had questions so went and found and employee who put me on a queue for an associate to help. Then he proceeded to walk around talking to other associates who were also not helping customers. Waited 10 minutes while observing at least 4 employees walking around talking to each other. Wish Carlos was there tonight, he was super helpful when I bought a laptop last year."

"What a joke. I ordered a tv online hoping for a quick pick up and it was anything but. I have been standing in line in the home theatre center while the one “geek squad” member takes forever. No one has come to assist to make it quicker and I’m about to let my 4 year old loose on everything if they don’t assist me pretty quick. Should be a much easier experience when ordering ahead."
