Mean Bean Coffee and Cream

"There's a new kid on the block! And this is a place you don't want to pass by. The Mean Bean and Cream coffee, pastry and ice cream shop recently opened and there's a lot of positive things the business provides. A stunning country atmosphere, choice decorations and an attentive staff sets the standard in what a modern coffeeshop should be. The selection of coffee and brewing methods are just about right; not too much or too little. Frozen, cold, hot, or not, you will not be disappointed with your cup! There is plenty of seating and provides intimate yet public space. Such a great meet up place! We didn't try the ice cream but we also ordered an amazing cinnamon roll that had a rich, buttery taste and a sweet honey glaze on the bottom. No TV's, but store-appropriate music was playing. Free wifi, and plenty of parking. We did not stay, but I think having access to books, board games, and maybe serving light fare (not only pastries and cookies) is possible. Nothing beats a bagel with cream cheese with a coffee! Or a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich! The possibilities are endless! Parking is right up front, with access to a covered porch. I hope to expect outdoor seating and maybe a quick serve ice cream window in the warmer months! We look forward to coming here in the future and wish nothing but the best for the owners! Bravo!"

"Clean. Friendly. And welcoming! Had my almost 3 year old with me. There were some puzzles and books accessible for her to play with while a friend and I enjoyed a coffee date. The owner greeted us personally and checked in on us. The coffee was delicious and fresh. And there were ice cream options for my kiddo who has a severe egg allergy! Will certainly be back to support this new shop."

"This is an amazing addition to our local community. A warm and welcoming place to grab delicious coffee and a scoop - or better yet - both goodies combined in an affogato! Their pasties are delicious, too. Can't wait to come back!"

"Through a few different social media channels, I learned of this place. I decided to stop by and check it out. Giving Glenmoore its own little cafe, hooray! Definitely a cozy cool vibe and decor. A respectable coffee and tea menu - and, as I was told, they can also make “off the menu” items too. I had a salted caramel latte. Yummy! I saw that they also offered food and ice cream, but I didn’t get any during this visit. Will be trying this place again, for sure!"
